Parent Volunteer Positions
must have--> Treasurer (1-2 Parents): Serving as a third-party managing all incoming funds for the boys volleyball program including collecting season donations and transporting the ASB snack bar cash box to/from home games.
must have--> Snack Bar Manager (1-3 Parents): Purchase inventory for our Snack Bar (reimbursed by our ASB account), request/handle donated inventory by parents, and manage the snack bar parent volunteer schedule.
must have--> Team Banquet Coordinator (1-2 Parents): Coordinate our Team Banquet at Arroyo Verde Park by emailing parents what to bring potluck style re: Food, Drinks, Spike Ball, etc.
Team Mom or Dad (1-2 Parents Per Team): Team Mom or Dad provide additional support like running to get food during a tournament or providing extra water/snacks.
Photographer/Videographer (1-2 Parents): Taking pictures or video of our volleyballers in action at Tuttle and on the road.
Pizza Runners can use the snack bar cash box to be reimbursed or pay for pizzas sold at our snack bar
