Club Subs

By being a member of Vagabonds, you become involved in a well-run friendly rugby club that as well as playing at a high national league level, also run teams for all ages and genders!

Non-players have a great place to meet, talk rugby or whatever and share in the success of the teams.

The club has a first class pitch and a recently refurbished clubhouse. The club has a website which is updated regularly and has won ‘Website of the Month' in the magazine International Rugby News.

We are grateful to all our existing members and sponsors for their continued support. However, we are always keen to encourage new members as well.

All income which the club receives, whether by subscriptions, sponsorship or bar takings is utilised for the many costs of running the club such as maintaining the clubhouse, pitch and training equipment.

We provide changing and playing facilities but also have expenses such as insurance, rates, referees, physios, fees for membership of RFU and Cheshire County along with certain travel expenses for off-Island travel by the players.

Many of our members give their time for free to help the club, whether this is by manning the bar, looking after the pitch and clubhouse or serving up the food from the kitchen.
