About LFRIf you want to have fun, then come and run. Club Nights... We meet at the Cricket Club, Bell Close, Leighton Buzzard (opposite Morrisons) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7.15pm. We have runners of all standards and no matter what your ability you will find great support and encouragement. On Tuesdays we do warm ups, runs and stretching exercises and on Thursdays we do fitness training. Beginners Session... If you’re thinking about taking up running again after a long absence or have never run before but fancy ‘giving it a go’ then a beginners session is for you. We run beginners sessions twice a year in a friendly and encouraging environment to help you gain confidence, with the aim of joining the club. Typically these sessions will start with run/walk of a mile, building up to 3 miles. Fitness Training... The fitness training varies and may be hill or speed work.
